Management Training

Aquatic Supervisor

Length: 14 hours

Pre-requisites: National Lifeguard certification and one of Swim for Life Instructor or Lifesaving Instructor certification.

Aquatic Supervisor certification is designed to provide experienced lifeguards and instructors the skills necessary to function as front-line supervisors in an aquatic facility. This should be the certification required before a staff member is promoted into a head lifeguard, deck supervisor, shift supervisor or similar role.

Aquatic Manager

Length: 16 hours

Pre-requisites: None (but knowledge of one aquatic facilities policy and procedures is recommended)

Aquatic Manager certification is designed to provide the non-aquatic recreation professional with the basic skills required to take on the management of an aquatic facility. The course is specifically targeted at individuals with job titles such as aquatics director, aquatics manager, executive director, facility manager, or recreation director.

Instructor or Trainer Mentoring

Our staff are experienced trainers who can provide support to your aquatic staff. If you need staff members to complete a teaching or examination practicum, we can support them. We can also provide ongoing coaching or mentoring under personalized training plans.

Management Mentoring

Have a new supervisor on your team who needs to learn the ropes, but you don't have an experienced staff person to train them? We can be that support. Everything from occasional check-ins to embedded daily support is available. Contact us for further options.
