First Aid and CPR Training

CPR-A

Length: 4 hours

Learn CPR and choking techniques for adults, how to use a defibrillator, and treatment for circulatory emergencies.

CPR-C

Length: 6 hours

Learn CPR and choking techniques for adults, children, and infants, how to use a defibrillator, and treatment for circulatory emergencies.

CPR-C Recertification

Length: 3 - 4 hours

Recertify your competency in CPR, choking, defibrillation, and treatment for angina, heart attack, and stroke. Please note, this is a re-testing or skills, not a re-teaching; candidates who are unable to perform the skills required will be referred to a full course. Participants must show proof of a previous certification in CPR-C that is current to be accepted into this program. Failure to provide proof of previous certification will result in a transfer to a full original course with a $20.00 transfer fee.

CPR-HCP (Health Care Provider)

Length: 8 hours

Professional training for those working in a health care setting. Includes all the content found in a CPR-C course and adds in artificial respiration, BVM use, and pulse checks.

CPR-HCP (Health Care Provider) Recertification

Length: 4 hours

Recertify your competency in Health Care Provider skills. Please note, this is a re-testing or skills, not a re-teaching; candidates who are unable to perform the skills required will be referred to a full course. Participants must show proof of a previous certification in CPR-C that is current to be accepted into this program. Failure to provide proof of previous certification will result in a transfer to a full original course with a $20.00 transfer fee.

Basic (Emergency) First Aid & CPR-C

Length: 7 hours

Also known as First Aider I, this course provides candidates with the basics of first aid care for use in an emergency. Learn CPR and choking techniques for adults, children, and infants, how to use a defibrillator, and treatment for airway, breathing, and circulatory emergencies, as well as basic wound care.

Basic (Emergency) First Aid & CPR-C Recertification

Length: 4 hours

Recertify your competency in first aid training with this course. Please note, this is a re-testing or skills, not a re-teaching; candidates who are unable to perform the skills required will be referred to a full course. Participants must show proof of a previous certification in Basic (Emergency) First Aid & CPR-C that is current to be accepted into this program. Failure to provide proof of previous certification will result in a transfer to a full original course with a $20.00 transfer fee.

Intermediate (Standard) First Aid & CPR-C Recertification

Length: 7 hours

Recertify your competency in first aid training with this course. Participants must show proof of a previous certification in Intermediate (Standard) First Aid & CPR-C that is current to be accepted into this program. Oxygen Administration

Length: 3 hours

Learn the basics of how to provide oxygen to a patient during a first aid emergency. Course content includes flow rates, safe handling of oxygen, and integrating oxygen use with first aid and CPR.

Defibrillator Training

Have a new defibrillator at your office or worksite? We can provide orientation and training sessions for your staff so that they are familiar with the unit and how it works.
